Who we are
Two Circles (the Stockholm office, Birger Jarlsgatan 64, 114 29 Stockholm) is responsible for the personal data you send us in this recruitment. Questions: jacob.leander@twocircles.com.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, start date, the video, voice note and/or CV you upload, the link and text you add, and the answer about how you used AI.
Why
To assess your application for the Nordic Growth Lead role and to contact you about it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting, and steps taken at your request before a possible employment contract.
How AI is used
AI transcribes video and voice notes and produces a summary and suggested scores. Members of the hiring team watch, read and decide. No decision is made automatically.
Who sees it
The hiring team in Stockholm. Our processors: Hetzner (hosting, Finland), Cloudflare (file storage, EU), Resend (email), OpenAI (transcription) and Anthropic (summaries).
How long
We keep applications until the recruitment is finished and for up to two years afterwards, then delete them. Ask us and we delete yours earlier.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you can complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
